Shipping

I use the United States Postal Service for shipping because they provide competitive pricing, excellent customer service, and USPS is conveniently located in Ben Lomond.  Once you finalize your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email.  Your tracking number will also be provided via email upon shipment of your order.

It may take up to 5 days to process and ship your order, depending on seasonal holidays.

Returns & Refunds

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mountain Medusa. I am incredibly grateful for your support, and my goal is to share my passion of art with you!

I offer a 14-day return policy (minus shipping) on all of my products.  Please email me your request for a refund, and I will provide you with instructions for completing your return.  

In your email, please let me know the reason for your return as well as your name, address, email, and phone number.   I will process your refund as soon as I have received and inspected your product.

If a product arrives to you damaged, I will pay for the return shipping costs.  If you decide you do not like the product or you no longer want the item, then you will pay for the return shipping costs.

Please email me if you have any questions on the product before ordering. I am happy to send you additional photos, a video, and measurements.
