I use the United Postal Service as my shipping provider. It offers competitive pricing, friendly service, and is conveniently located in Ben Lomond. Once you finalize your purchase, you will quickly receive an email confirmation of your order. Also, your tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. Orders are shipped on Mondays and Fridays (except holidays).
Returns
Your happiness and satisfaction are very important. I am incredibly blessed that you ordered from Mountain Medusa. There is a 14-day return policy (minus shipping) on all of products. Please contact me with the reason for your return and include your name, address, email, and phone number. I will process your refund as soon as I have received and inspected your product. Should you wish to cancel a recently place order before it is shipped, please send an immediate email. If it is already shipped, you may return the item for a refund (minus shipping).
